When I heard that a new Pirates movie was coming out, with a Juan Ponce De Leon theme, I began hoping it was the long awaited Re-quel to the long dead Pan series. Just like old episodes of the Flintstones and Jetsons, these two odd couple movies would make a splendid marriage.
- Jack Sparrow pretends to lose a hand and allows his crew to call him Hook
- Cotton (David Bailie) would make the perfect Smee
- Tinkerbell = absinthe allusions would then become Disney Cannon.
- Not to mention it has enough drama to fit into two very tidy sequels.
